摘　　要：分析了焦炉机械干油集中润滑系统的特点,介绍了该机械滑动轴承和滚动轴承耗脂量的工程计算方法,给出6.25 m捣固型焦炉机械分体设备三大车的耗脂量统计表。分析统计的结果为焦炉机械干油集中润滑系统的调试和维护提供一点参考。This paper analyzes the characteristics of electric grease pump central lubrication systems in coke oven machine,then introduces calculational methods of grease consume in rolling bearing and sliding bearing in coke oven machine, and lists tabulation of grease consume for three machines in mechanical split equipment of 6.25 m tamping coke oven. The conclusion provides reference data for debugging and maintenance of grease pump central lubrication systems.
