摘  要:以氧氯化锆(ZrOCl_2·8H_2O)和正硅酸乙酯为前驱体,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和四乙基溴化铵为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备复合无机膜。通过氢氮渗透比和渗透通量考察高温下焙烧温度、涂膜次数和锆含量比对膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着锆含量的增大,膜的最大渗透比及达到最大渗透比时的涂膜次数均逐渐增加;随涂膜次数的增加,渗透通量逐渐下降而渗透比先升高后降低;随焙烧温度的增高,渗透通量升高而渗透比下降;正交试验表明,影响膜性能的各因素权重顺序为:涂膜次数>焙烧温度>锆含量>模板剂。Using ZrOCl2·8 H2O and TEOS as precursor,N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)and TEAB as the template,the sol-gel method was used to prepare composite inorganic membrane.Through H—N osmosis ratio and permeability,the effects of the calcination temperature,coating number and Zr-Si molar ratio(Zr content)under high temperatures on the membrane properties were investigated.The experimental results indicated that the maximum penetration ratio and the coating number of achieving maximum penetration ratio were increased with the increase of zirconium content,and with the increase of coating number,the permeability decreased and the permeability ratio increased at first and then decreased;while with the increase of calcination temperature,the permeability increased and the penetration ratio decreased.The orthogonality experiment showed that the order of weights for various factors affecting membrane performance was:coating number〉calcination temperature〉Zr content〉template.
