摘  要:合成了有机-无机复合电解质5%(摩尔分数)铝掺杂的焦磷酸锡(Sn_(0.95)Al_(0.05)P_2O_7)/聚四氟乙烯(PT-FE)(简称SAPO/PTFE)。XRD测试表明,SAPO和PTFE复合没有发生反应生成新物质,热分析表明样品稳定性良好;SEM图表明样品致密性良好。采用电化学工作站对SAPO/PTFE的中温电性能(50~250℃)进行了研究。结果表明,SAPO/PTFE电导率在湿润氮气气氛中175℃达到最大值2.8×10^(-2)S/cm。湿润氧气气氛下的水蒸汽浓差电池说明质子导电性在复合电解质中存在。H_2/O_2燃料电池性能测试表明,在0.64V时对应最大输出功率密度为39.8mW/cm^2。Firstly,a new organic-inorganic composite electrolyte Sn0.95Al0.05P2O7/PTFE was prepared.XRD showed that there were only peaks corresponding well to Sn0.95Al0.05P2O7and PTFE,without any formation of other substances.TGA proved that the sample had a high stability.SEM images showed that the composite electrolyte was sufficiently dense.The intermediate temperature conduction behaviors were investigated by AC impedance spectroscopy in the temperature range of 50-250℃.The highest conductivity was observed to be 2.8×10^-2S·cm^-1 for SAPO/PTFE in wet nitrogen at 175℃.It was found that the electrolyte exhibited the existence of protonic conduction when the oxygen partial pressure was high.H2/O2fuel cell generated the maximum power density of 39.8mW·cm^-2 at 0.64V.
