摘 要:为了提高废橡胶粉改性沥青的各个性能,首先采用不同目数废胶粉组合改性沥青,研究复合目数对改性沥青的影响;其次,添加助剂改善沥青与废橡胶粉的相容性,提高储存稳定性,通过正交试验确定制备高储存稳定性改性沥青的最佳条件;最后,通过热重和红外光谱分析改性沥青的热稳定性和改性机理。结果表明:质量比为1∶1的60目和80目废橡胶粉改性沥青时性能最佳;制备高储存稳定的改性沥青最优条件为:脱硫胶粉4%,丁苯橡胶6%,沥青改良剂1%,硅烷偶联剂水醇溶液13%;废橡胶粉提高了沥青的热稳定性;橡胶粉改性沥青的过程中沥青与橡胶粉发生化学反应。To improve the performance of waste crumb rubber powder modified asphalt,firstly,the influence of different mesh combination of modified asphalt was studied;secondly,the compatibility of asphalt with waste crumb rubber powder was improved by adding additives and enhanced the storage stability,the best conditions for preparation of high storage stability of modified asphalt was determined through orthogonal test.Finally,the thermal stability and modification mechanism of modified asphalt were analyzed by thermogravimetric and infrared analysis.The experiment showed that the optimal waste crumb rubber-mesh combination of matrix asphalts was properly the 60 mesh and 80 mesh in accordance with 1∶1 mixture of quality with waste-tire rubber.The optimal-dosage proportion of these four additives for preparation of Karamay 90#modified asphalt with excellent performance was:4% desulfurization rubber,6% SBR,1% asphalt modifier and 13% water alcohol with silicone coupling agent.The asphalt in the process of using modified asphalt with rubber had a chemical reaction with rubber.
