摘 要:以钛酸丁酯为钛源,L沸石为载体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了TiO_2/L沸石复合光催化剂,通过XRD、SEM、BET对样品进行了分析表征。以氙灯为光源,罗丹明B为目标降解物,讨论了影响光催化剂催化性能的重要因素。结果表明,煅烧温度为300℃,负载量为15 mmol/g,催化剂用量为2 g/L,光照时间为120 min时,降解率可达99.86%;将光催化剂重复使用4次,降解率仍可达96.00%,充分体现了样品优良的稳定性;通过对罗丹明B溶液降解过程的动力学讨论得出,光催化降解过程符合一级动力学方程。TiO2/zeolite L composite photocatalyst were prepared by sol-gel method, using trtrabutyl titanate as reaction and zeolite L as the supporter. The samples were characterized by the techniques of XRD, SEM and BET. The important factors that affect photocatalyst performance were tested and discussed by degradation of rhodamine B in the Xenon lamp. The results show that the degradation rate from rhodamine B could reach 99.86% at contions of calcination temperature 300℃ , loading of TiO2 15 mmol/g,radiation time 120 min, amount of catalyst 2 g/L. The degradation rate could reach 96.00% after the photocatalyst was regenerated for 4 times, showing the good stability of the TiO2/ zeolite L composite photocatalyst. Kinetics analysis show that the photocatalytic degradation reaction of rhodamine B can be described by the first-order kinetic equation.
