摘 要:基于叠层压电陶瓷在使用中需要设计防剪切机构的特点,在总结非共振式压电直线电机的工作原理的基础上,对3种不同的防剪切机构进行了理论分析,结合已有的样机研究了其对非共振电机运动性能的影响,概述了其优势与劣势。在理论仿真分析中,得到最佳的机构形式,并对其进行结构优化,将最佳方案运用于定子结构中,制作了样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。新型样机在输入100V,100Hz的方波-三角波信号时,电机正向运动速度为209.1μm/s,反向运动速度为210.3μm/s。Non-resonant motors use piezoelectric stack as main driving element.To compare with the traditional resonant motors,the non-resonant type has not only the advantages of simple structure,accurate positioning,and also solves the problem that resonant type is not stable and is easily affected by external factors.As piezoelectric stack needs particular anti-shear mechanism,three different kinds of anti-shear mechanism are analyzed based on the working principle of non-resonant piezoelectric linear motor.The influences of anti-shear mechanism on the characteristics of non-resonant piezoelectric linear motor is researched to summarize the advantages and disadvantages.Then the best mechanism structure is obtained from the simulation tests and structure optimization is done.Furthermore,the best option is used to manufactured prototype.Finally,the experiment tests validate the working principle of the motor and the validity of theoretical analyses.When the rectangle-triangle wave signal with a frequency of 100 Hz and a voltage of 100 Vis applied on the novel motor,the velocity of one direction is 209.1μm/s when the velocity of another direction is 210.3μm/s.
