桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤(?瘀血阻络?)随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤(瘀血阻络)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组。对照组50例米非司酮,12.5mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组50例桂枝茯苓胶囊,月经来潮第3d开始,0.93g/次,3次/d;米非司酮治疗同对照组。连续治疗4个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、月经量、经期、下腹痛、子宫体积、瘤体体积、雌二醇、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、不良反应。治疗1疗程(4个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈27例,显效13例,有效10例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%;对照组痊愈12例,显效14例,有效13例,无效11例,总有效率78.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。子宫体积、肌瘤体积、E2、FSH、LH两组均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤(瘀血阻络),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids （Yuxue Zuluo）. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 100 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 50 cases of mifepristone, 12.5 mg/times, 1 times/d, oral. The reatment group of 50 cases of Guizhi Fuling capsule, menstrual cramps after 3d, 0.93 g/times, 3 times/d; mifepristone treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 months for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, menstrual volume, menstrual period, lower abdominal pain, uterine volume, tumor volume, estradiol, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, adverse reactions. After 1 courses of treatment （4 months）, the curative effect was determined. [Results] The treatment group 27 cases were cured, 13 cases markedly effective, 10 cases effective, 0 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 100%; control group 12 cases were cured, 14 cases markedly effective, 13 cases effective,11 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 78%; the treatment group than the control group （P0.01）. The volume of uterus, myoma volume, E2, FSH and LH were improved in two groups （P0.01, P0.05）, and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group （P0.01, P0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （P0.05）. [Conclusion] Guizhi Fuling cpsule cmbined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids （Yuxue Zuluo）, the curative effect is satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
