摘 要:目的比较冷冻治疗与CO_2超脉冲激光对皮肤疣的治疗效果。方法选取皮肤疣患者140例,根据治疗方法将其分为两组,每组70例。实验组予以超脉冲CO_2激光治疗,对照组予以冷冻治疗。观察并记录两组患者复发率,比较两组总有效率。结果对照组经2~3次治疗后总有效率为82.9%(58/70),实验组经激光2~5次治疗后总有效率为91.4%(64/70),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.764,P<0.05)。对照组治疗次数低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组复发率虽然低于实验组,但差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与冷冻治疗比较,超脉冲CO_2激光治疗皮肤疣临床效果更好,不良反应较少,适合临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of super-pulsed CO2 laser and cryothera- py therapy on skin warts. Methods A total of 140 patients with skin warts of were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 70 cases in each group. The patients in control group received fcryotherapy treatment, and the patients in experimen- tal group were treated with super-pulsed CO2 laser treatment. The adverse reaction and the results were observed and recorded exactly, and the total effective rates of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group after laser treatment 2 ~ 3 times (91.4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.9%), there was significant difference (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the times of treatment in experimental group were more than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the in- cidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Super-pulsed CO: laser therapy for skin warts has less adverse reactions and better clinical efficiency, and it' s worthy of clinical application.
