左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统配合金属绝育环治疗子宫腺肌病80例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)配合金属绝育环治疗子宫腺肌病的临床价值。方法选取子宫腺肌症(宫腔深度9.5~11.5 cm)患者80例,其中40例单独放置LNG-IUS作为对照组,40例同时放置LNG-IUS加金属绝育环作为治疗组,观察疗效。结果治疗组放环后第6、12个月的脱环及下移率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组12个月后痛经改善情况以及月经量减少情况与同组治疗前比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但与对照组比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LNG-IUS配合金属绝育环较单纯使用LNG-IUS能够显著减低LNG-IUS的下移及脱环率。Objective To investigate the clinical value of levonorgestrel releasing intrauterine system （LNG-IUS） with metal sterilization ring in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods Eighty pa- tients with adenomyosis （uterine cavity depth 9.5 -11.5 cm） were selected as research objects, among them, 40 cases of LNG-IUS as control group and 40 cases treated with LNG-IUS and metal ring steriliza- tion as treatment group. Results The rates of fall off and move down of LNG-IUS of patients in the treat- ment group after 6 and 12 months were less than those of the control group, the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P 〈0. 01 ） ; Improvement of dysmenorrhea and menstrual loss after 12 months of treatment was less than that of before treatment （P 〈 0. 01 ）, but there was no significent difference between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion LNG-IUS with metallic rinz can reduce the rate of fall off and down of LNG-IUS.
