摘  要:防渗砖为目前新型电解槽防电解质渗透产品,准确测定其耐电解质侵蚀能力具有重要意义。从试样的制备、电解质的选择、试验条件的确定以及试验结果的表述等方面进行了探索,建立了对新型防渗砖耐电解质侵蚀能力的表征方法。结果表明:利用复印机图像还原的方法可以从渗透面积、反应深度以及图像还原等角度综合反映防渗砖的耐电解质侵蚀能力。Impervious brick is a new type of electrolytic cell anti-electrolyte penetration products,and it is important to accurately characterize the resistance to electrolyte corrosion of impervious bricks. The preparation of the sample,the selection of electrolyte,the determination of test conditions and the expression of test results were explored,and the method for characterizing the resistance to electrolyte corrosion of the new type impervious bricks was established.The results show that through the method of image restoration method with a copier,the ability of resistance to electrolyte corrosion of impervious bricks could be reflected from the aspects of infiltration area,reaction depth and image restoration.
