摘　　要：文章阐述海洋调查质量控制的目的和意义;分别对海洋调查项目准备阶段和实施阶段的质量控制进行规范化描述,其中准备阶段包括成立调查项目工作小组、编写项目实施方案、编写调查项目质量保障方案和组织航前海试,实施阶段包括制订航次实施计划和质量保障计划以及开展航前、航中和航后检查;提出内业分析质量控制的相关内容,并对调查航次结束后质量控制的报告和资料成果的归档进行说明,为我国规范化开展海洋调查及其质量控制提供科学依据。This paper described the purpose and significance of oceanographic survey quality control.The quality control of marine survey project in the preparation and implementation stages was standardly described respectively.The works of preparatory stage included the establishment of survey project task group,the preparation of the project implementation plan,the preparation of the survey project quality assurance program and the organization of the sea trial.The works of implementation stage include the formulation of voyage implementation plan and quality assurance plan,as well as the inspection before,during and after the voyage.The content of quality control in survey data analysis was presented.The conclusion of the quality control at the end of the investigation and the records to be filed were demonstrated.It provided a basis for the standardization of oceanographic survey and its quality control in our country.
