摘　　要：目的:了解社区居民对医疗联合体及康复医疗服务的认知现状,分析实施区域性医疗联合体康复医疗服务体系的可行性。方法:随机抽取黄浦区区域医疗联合体内门诊就诊患者225名进行问卷调查,建立数据库并进行统计学分析。结果:社区居民对医疗联合体及双向转诊制度了解程度一般,社区人群对医疗联合体和康复治疗认知水平较低。结论:应采取各种措施,提高人群的认知度;重点健全双向转诊制度,促使医联体康复医疗服务顺利开展。Objectives： To learn the awareness of rehabilitation care and medical association of residents and to analyze the feasibilities of building regional rehabilitation care medical association. Methods： Questionnaire surveys were conducted in randomly selected 255 community residents and data were analyzed. Results： It showed that the awareness of medical association and dual referral system are limited. And the awareness of rehabilitation care is much lower. Conclusions： it is considered to improve the awareness of rehabilitation care medical association and implement dual referral system to promote regional rehabilitation care medical association.
