摘　　要：通过文献研究和与三甲医院相关负责人的访谈,发现医院管理者对于移动医疗App的使用持支持态度,医院主要由第三方对App进行研发,但在应用过程中,存在功能不够完善、使用人群偏年轻化、覆盖率不高以及数据存在安全隐患等问题。据此从完善移动医疗App的功能,建立一体化的服务;建立完善的监管制度,提高数据安全性;多渠道联合作用,提高移动医疗App的使用率等方面提出了几点建议,为医院对患者用移动医疗App的管理提供思路。On the basis of literature research and interview with hospital administrators in some top tertiary hospital, it shows that hospital administrators generally support App application. Most of Apps were developed by the third party and problems such as incomplete function, taking too attentions on youth, poor coverage and the hidden risk of data existed. Suggestions such as completing App＇s functions, constructing integrated care, strengthening inspection system to assure data safety, joint application to promote App＇s use are presented to give some reference for mobile healthcare management.
