摘　　要：习近平同志肯定了文艺精品的宝贵价值,好作品是衡量一个国家、一个民族的文化创造能力和水平的标志,好作品是吸引、引导、启迪人们发展进步的号角,好作品推动中华文化走出去的利器。提出了文艺精品的判断标准和精品创作的质量要求,思想标准精深,艺术标准精湛,制作标准精良。丰富了马克思主义文艺精品创作的理论宝库,扩大、丰富了文艺创作质量的思想标准,提升、优化了文艺创作的艺术标准,增补、添加了文艺创作的制作标准。Comrade Xi Jinping has affirmed the valuable value of literary and art work. Good work is a measure of the cultural creativity and level of a nation. Good work is a trumpet that attracts, guides and enlightens people＇s development and progress. Good works is a weapon of promoting Chinese culture go out to the world. We should put forward the judging criteria of literary and art work and the quality requirements of fine work creation. The standard of thought is profound, the art standard is exquisite, and the making standard is excellent. It enriches the theoretical treasure trove of Marxist literary and artistic creation, expands and enriches the ideological standards of literary and artistic creation quality, enhances and optimizes the artistic standards of literary and artistic creation, and adds the production standards of literary and artistic creation.
