摘　　要：知青,作为时代的产物青春的抉择,成为一代人难以磨灭的记忆。而这一时期所遗留下来的珍贵遗产正随着城市发展与建设流失在现代人的印象中。知青建筑(1)作为历史建筑的重要组成部分,反映了特殊时期的风貌与地方特色。从知青建筑的角度来看,现有规范的模糊性与不确定性,为学者研究带来很大困难。而知青建筑突出的社会历史与文化价值,又使其处于尴尬地位。文章通过基于现有问题讨论其在城市更新中功能转换与空间再生的价值,明确知青建筑的保护意义,提高观念意识。Educated youth, as the product of the times, become an indelible memory. And with the city development and construction this period of legacy of the precious heritage is loss in the modern impression. As an important part of historical architecture, educated youth architecture reflects the special historical feature and local characteristics. From the point of view of educated youth building, the ambiguity and uncertainty of the existing legislation lead to great difficulties for scholars. And educated youth building prominent social history and cultural values, so that it is in an awkward position. Based on the existing problems, this paper discusses the value of functional conversion and spatial regeneration in urban renewal, clarifies the protection significance of educated youth buildings and enhances the concept consciousness.
