洋务运动背景下吉林机器制造局近代军事工业遗址内涵与价值研究

摘　　要：19世纪80年代,东北边防危机,清廷派遣具有洋务思想的吴大澂督办吉林东疆垦务防务,创建吉林机器制造局。从遗产内涵看,吉林机器制造局,洋务运动派在东北创建的第一座近代军事工业,创设章程,购置器具,招徕人才,附设书院,生产新式弹药、枪械、炮舰和银元等;从遗产价值看,吉林机器制造局,有效供给了东三省防军现代枪械与弹药需求,巩固了东三省的边防力量;同时开启民智,引进近代规划思想和建筑技术,快速促进了吉林地区的近代化、工业化和城镇化,实践了洋务运动"师夷长技以制夷"的"自强""富国"理想。Due to delivery lli in 1880s, lead to Northeast border crisis, the Qing court sent Wu Dacheng, with westernization thought, to deal with the reclamation and frontier defence, create Kirin Machinery Bureau, From the heritage connotation, Kirin Machinery Bureau, the first modern military industry constructed in the westernization movement, creating articles, purchasing equipment, recruiting technician, establishing academy, produced the new ammunition, gun, gunboat and silver, etc.; From the heritage value, Kirin Machinery Bureau, not only effectively supplied Northeast China troops the ammunition and gun, strengthened the frontier forces, but also enlightened people wisdom, introduced modern planning thinks and architecture technique,promoted Kirin area modernization, industrialization and urbanization, practiced the westernization movement thought, learn from foreigners to compete with them, to achieve the strong and prosperous ideal.
