摘　　要：伴随移动通信技术发展日益广泛,不论是网络的规模还是网络的复杂性都有所增加,使得网络管理工作备受关注。为了能够进一步提升网络资源的利用率以及网络的经济效益,同时促使已有的网络设备以及网络能够发挥充分的作用,防止条块分割,进一步改善网络服务质量,必须重视网络的管理以及维护工作,当前,电信网络发展的目标以及需求就是建设传输领域的综合网络管理系统。基于此,本文主要对光传输设备网管系统特征及故障定位的应用进行了探讨。with the development of mobile communication technology, the scale of network and the complexity of network are increasing, which makes the management of network attention. In order to rate and economic benefits by using network to further enhance the cyber source, while promoting the existing network equipment and the network can play a full role, to prevent fragmentation, further improve the quality of network service, must pay attention to the network management and maintenance work, the integrated network management system for telecommunication network development and construction demand is transmission field. Based on this, this paper mainly discusses the characteristics of optical transmission equipment network management system and the application of fault location.
