摘  要:减氧空气驱是利用减氧空气发生系统、增压注入系统等将氧气体积比降低到10%以下的减氧空气注入油藏以驱替原油的开发方式,其主要机理是补充地层能量、依靠重力分异增加油藏上部驱替、降低界面张力,从而提高波及系数和驱油效率。减氧空气驱具有气源可就地无限量获取、技术成熟、成本低廉、安全可靠、稳定可持续等优势,在潜山油藏、高倾角油藏、低—特低渗透油藏、高含水后期油藏具有广泛应用前景,能够发挥有效补充油藏能量、驱替和控水稳油作用,已被辽河、浙江、吉林等油田的先导试验所证实:兴古7潜山油藏实施减氧空气驱后,注气井组日产油增加84t,油井油压提高1.1MPa,基本控制了注前迅猛锥进的底水,水淹井数未再增加;YJ和M613两个特低渗透油藏实施减氧空气驱后,日产油最高提高2.2倍,含水最高下降20个百分点。Oxygen-reducing air flooding is an oil displacement way of reduced oxygen injection into the oil reservoirs through booster injection system.The volume ratio of the oxygen was reduced to less than 10% by the oxygen-reducing air-generating system.The main mechanism of the oxygen-reducing air flooding is to supply formation energy,to improve displacement at upper reservoir by gravity differentiation,and to reduce interfacial tension,so as to improve the sweep coefficient and oil displacement efficiency.It has the advantages of infinite in-situ air source,mature technology,low cost,being safe and reliable,and being stable and sustainable.It has wide application prospect in the buried hill reservoirs,high-inclination reservoirs,low-ultra low permeability reservoirs,and the reservoirs at the later high water cut stage,and it can effectively supply reservoir energy,displace and control water production and make oil production stable.These were verified by the pilot tests in Liaohe,Zhejiang and Jilin oilfields.In the Xinggu7 buried hill reservoir,daily oil production of the gas injection well group increased by 84 t and oil pressure of the oil wells increased by 1.1 MPa after the oxygen-reducing air flooding,and rapid coning of the bottom water was controlled with no more water flooded wells.After the oxygen-reducing air flooding was carried out in YJ and M613 two ultra-low permeability reservoirs,the daily oil production increased by 2.2 times and the water cut decreased by 20% at the most.
