摘  要:炼厂低温热是指炼油生产过程中高于油品的储存温度或工艺本身需要的温度而未被回收利用的热量。由于温位较低,回收利用炼厂低温热具有一定难度,但其数量多,热能综合利用潜力大。低温热优化利用是石化企业节能工作的重点和难点。炼厂低温热系统一般有两种利用方式:直接利用方式和低温热转换利用方式,炼厂普遍通过构建以水为媒介的低温热系统进行热量的直接利用。以某炼油厂低温热系统优化利用为实例,运用流程模拟技术,建立全厂低温热系统模型,对全厂低温热系统进行模拟计算,一方面计算了该系统的最佳取热流程,另一方面,深挖了厂内潜在热阱,实行了低温热系统内热源热阱的最优匹配。低温热系统优化后,脱乙烷塔、新鲜水加热将不再使用蒸汽,而除盐水加热所需蒸汽量下降,低温热系统的热量利用率增加26.9%,效增加9.3%,节约蒸汽10.2t/h,实现年节能效益1285万元。Low temperature heat in refinery refers to the heat that is higher than the storage temperature of oils or the temperature required by the process itself so that it is not recycled during the oil refining pro-cess.It is difficult to recycle the low temperature heat in refinery due to its low temperature level,but there is a great potential for the comprehensive utilization of thermal energy due to the large amount of low tem-perature heat.The optimal utilization of low temperature heat is the important and difficult point of energy saving for petrochemical enterprises.Generally there are two utilization methods for low temperature heat sys-tem in refinery,i.e.direct utilization and low temperature heat conversion,and refineries usually adopt the direct utilization method through the construction of low temperature heat system with water as the medium.This article takes the optimal utilization of the low temperature heat system in a refinery as an example,uses process simulation technology to establish a low temperature heat system model for the refinery,and carries out the calculation.The optimum heat recovery process for the system is calculated,and the potential heat sink in the refinery is deeply investigated to achieve the optimal matching of heat source and heat sink in the low temperature heat system.After the low temperature heat system is optimized,the deethanizer and fresh water heating will no longer use steam and the amount of steam needed to heat desalinated water will decrease,the heat utilization rate of low temperature heat system will be improved by 26.9%,the exergy efficiency will increase by 9.3%,and the steam consumption will be reduced by 10.2 t/h,achieving an annual energy saving benefit of 12.85 million yuan.
