藿香正气散贴敷涌泉穴治疗小儿风寒泻40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察藿香正气散穴位贴敷治疗小儿风寒泻的临床疗效。方法:将80例风寒泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用藿香正气散贴敷涌泉穴治疗,对照组采用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散加蒙脱石散治疗,连续治疗3d,观察比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及止泻时间,评定综合疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.5%,对照组为87.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);平均止泻时间治疗组为(34.05±18.35)h,对照组为(43.45±23.11)h,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:藿香正气散贴敷涌泉穴治疗小儿风寒泻的临床疗效优于酪酸梭菌二联活菌散加蒙脱石散治疗。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of sticking therapy with Huoxiang Zhengqi powderat Yongquan acupoint in the treatment of pediatric cold diarrhea.Methods：A total of 80 children withpediatric cold diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 children in each group.The children in the treatment group were given sticking therapy with Huoxiang Zhengqi powderat Yongquan acupoint,and those in the control group were given Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders plus montmorillonite powder.Both groups were treated for three consecutive days.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome score before and after treatment and time to the relief of diarrhea,and the treatment outcome was evaluated.Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group（97.5% vs 87.5%,P0.05）.Both groups had a significant change in TCM syndrome score after treatment,and there was a significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment（P0.01 or P0.05）.The mean time to the relief of diarrhea was（34.05±18.35） hours in the treatment group and（43.45±23.11） hours in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Sticking therapy with Huoxiang Zhengqi powderat Yongquan acupoint has a better clinical effect than Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders plus montmorillonite powder in the treatment of pediatric cold diarrhea.
