摘  要:目的探讨医学心理学课程的学习对检验生心理健康状况的影响,为提高大学生心理健康水平提供依据。方法以某高校102名医学检验生为研究对象进行为期16周的医学心理学课程的讲授,干预前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测评研究对象的心理健康状况。结果 102名检验生中有23人筛查为阳性,各种心理问题检出率为22.55%;干预后SCL-90中的各因子得分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义。结论医学心理学课程的学习是改善医学生心理健康水平的有效途径之一。Objective To study the influence of medical psychology course on mental health of medical laboratory students, so as to provide the evidence for improving their psychological health levels.Methods The medical psychology course was instructed among 102 medical laboratory students for 16 weeks. Before and after the intervention, they were tested with SCL-90.Results Among the 102 laboratory students, 23 students were screened for positive and the prevalence of psychological symptoms was 22.55%. After the intervention, the students surveyed had lower SCL-90 subscales than those before the intervention and the differences had a statistical significance. Conclusion The medical psychology course is an effective approach to improve the psychological health level of the medical students.
