离心穿刺方法在静脉穿刺难度大患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结60例输液静脉穿刺难度大的患者进行离心静脉穿刺的护理经验。方法离心组60例输液静脉穿刺难度大的患者采用离心静脉穿刺,向心组采用向心静脉穿刺。结果离心组1次输液成功率95%,渗漏率3.3%;向心组1次静脉输液成功率86.7%,渗漏率20%。结论离心静脉输液穿刺成功率高,漏针率低,减少再次穿刺的痛苦;易于固定,患者满意度高。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of centrifugal vein puncture in 60 patients with difficult vein puncture.Methods There were 60 patients with difficult transfusion puncture using centrifugal vein puncture（1 st way） on odd-numbered days, and comparing with the centripetal vein puncture method（2 nd way） on even-numbered days.Results The 1 st way： the success rate of infusion was 95.0% and the leakage rate was 3.3%. The 2 nd way： the success rate of infusion was 86.7% and the leakage rate was 20%. Conclusion The success rate of the centrifugal vein transfusion puncture is high and the leakage rate is low, which can reduce stinging pain again. It is easy to be fixed also and it has a high patient satisfaction.
