摘　　要：立足于中国认罪案件律师参与"案多人少"的矛盾,在反思域外律师参与认罪案件模式的差异、差异产生的原因以及存在的问题的基础上,一方面需要加强法律服务人员队伍的建设,为扩大获得法律帮助的认罪案件的范围提供可能,另一方面需要保障侦查讯问阶段律师在场、程序选择阶段律师建议、定罪量刑阶段律师协商功能,通过对认罪案件重要结点的着重规范,提高律师参与的有效性。Based on the contradiction between more cases and fewer lawyers in the lawyers＇ participation in those cases that the accused plead guilty in China, it＇ s necessary for us to reflect on the differences of extraterritorial law- yers＇ participation in plea cases. On one hand, we need to strengthen the construction of the legal service person- nel, providing the possibility of expanding the scope of the legal aid. On the other hand, we should ensure the presence of the lawyers in the interrogation, the lawyers＇ proposal to procedure - choice and the consultation func- tion of the lawyers in conviction and sentencing. Paying more attention to those important stages in plea cases is a good way to improve the effectiveness of lawyer participation.
