摘　　要：司法鉴定行业自律的主体是各级司法鉴定协会,自律的内容是司法鉴定行业自律的骨架。确立并推行司法鉴定职业行为规范,建立并保障司法鉴定人诚信体系有效运行,完善并推行司法鉴定技术标准体系,规划并监控司法鉴定行业的运行和发展,规划并实施司法鉴定水平提升战略五个方面是司法鉴定行业协会自律的具体内容。The subject of the self - discipline of judicial appraisal industry is the judicial authentication association at all levels, and the content of self - discipline is the skeleton of self - discipline in the judicial appraisal industry. To establish and carry out judicial authentication professional norms, establish and safeguard the credibility system effective operation of the judicial appraiser, make perfect and carry out judicial authentication technical standard system, plan and monitor the operation and development of judicial appraisal industry, plan and carry out the strat- egy of judicial authentication level, these five aspects is the specific content of self - discipline of the judicial ap- praisal industry association.
