侦查讯问程序公开化进程简析

摘　　要：继2012年修订的刑事诉讼法将"尊重和保障人权"引入总则并在讯问程序的相关条文中加强人权保障后,公安机关及检察部门先后完善了《公安机关讯问犯罪嫌疑人录音录像工作规定》和《人民检察院讯问职务犯罪嫌疑人实行全程同步录音录像的规定》等操作性规范。基于当下刑事诉讼领域的有利导向以及社会环境的现实需求,结合我国侦查讯问程序公开化的现状,研究分析进一步推进我国侦查讯问程序公开化的方向。The public security organs and the procuratorial organs have successively introduced some operational specifications such as The Work Regulations of Public Security Organ ＇s Interrogational Video- recording and The Work Regulations of Procuratorial Organ＇ s Interrogational Video - recording to Suspects of Corruption since ＂re- specting and preserving human rights＂ were added into the general principles and the protection of human rights were strengthened in the relevant law during the revision of the Criminal Procedure Law in 2012. Therefore, compl- ying with the favorable orientation of current criminal procedure and the realistic social needs, it is necessary to make a research on accelerating the publicity of the Chinese investigation and interrogation procedure on the basis of the current situation of the legislation.
