摘 要:针对工业锅炉尾气中高浓度氮氧化物的脱除问题,以一套四级串联填料塔为主体反应器,采用前置漂白粉氧化、后置尿素吸收的方式,对高浓度氮氧化物进行湿法脱除,总脱硝效率达到88.5%,并对气速、液气比、溶液p H、物料浓度、初始氮氧化物浓度等工况参数进行了研究,确定了最佳实验条件。With regard to the removal of high concentration nitrogen oxides contained in the tail gas of industrial boiler, in this research, experiments of denitrification of the tail gas by use of Ca(Cl O)2/CO(NH2)2 solution were performed in four tandem spraying towers. During the experiments, the tail gas was firstly oxidized with Ca(Cl O)2 solution and then absorbed with CO(NH2)2 solution. Under the experimental conditions, the total denitrification efficiency reached to 88.5 %. Moreover, such parameters as gas velocity, liquid-gas radio, p H,concentration of materials and nitrogen oxides were studied, and the best experimental conditions were identified finally.
