摘 要:在欧洲规范CEB-FIP Model Code 1990可计算出普通混凝土任意龄期的抗压强度、劈拉强度与弹性模量的基础上,通过测试不同钢纤维掺量的陶粒混凝土在不同龄期(1 d、2 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d、28d)时的抗压强度、劈拉强度和弹性模量,并与理论值作对比,验证现有欧洲规范对钢纤维陶粒混凝土力学性能随龄期发展规律预测的适用性和准确性。研究表明:欧洲规范对钢纤维陶粒混凝土力学性能随龄期发展规律在最初的5 d或3 d并不适用;采用1 d、28 d抗压强度、劈拉强度与弹性模量计算其他各龄期的抗压强度、劈拉强度与弹性模量小于采用7 d、28 d抗压强度、劈拉强度与弹性模量计算得到的相对误差的最大值。建议采用1 d、28 d的抗压强度、劈拉强度和弹性模量计算掺钢纤维的陶粒混凝土任意龄期的抗压强度、劈拉强度与弹性模量。In CEB-FIP Model Code 1990,the compressive strength,splitting strength and modulus of elasticity of7 d and 28 d can be used to calculate the compressive strength,splitting strength and modulus of elasticity at any age. In this paper,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus of different steel fiber content of ceramsite concrete at different ages( 1 d,2 d,3 d,5 d,7 d,14 d,28 d) is tested and compared with the theoretical value to verify the applicability and accuracy of the prediction of mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced ceramsite concrete. The results show that development of the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced ceramsite concrete are not applicable for the first 5 or 3 days in European code; when calculating compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus of other age with compressive strength,which is less than that of 7 d,28 d. The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus of 1 d and 28 d are recommended to calculate the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and modulus of elasticity at any age.
