摘  要:研究了真实烟气环境下国产Super304H耐热钢试验管的高温腐蚀性能。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和能谱分析仪对该试验管进行研究。结果表明:断面腐蚀层呈多层结构,包括外层、内层和渗透层。其中腐蚀外层发生碱金属复合硫酸盐反应,内层发生氧化反应,而渗透层中氧化和硫化反应同时进行。试验管外表面发生剥落,剥落位置位于腐蚀内外层间的界面,主要原因为运行过程温度的波动性及内外腐蚀层的热膨胀差异性。The high temperature corrosion resistance of austenitic heat-resistant steel Super304H experimental tube m a real flue gas environment was investigated. The experiment tube was studied by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the corrosion layer of the section is multilayered structure, containing outer layer, inner layer and permeable layer. Complex alkali metal composite sulfate corrosion reaction occurs in the outer layer. Oxidation reaction occurs in the inner layer. Oxidation and sulfuration reactions occur simultaneously in the permeable layer. The outer surface of the experimental tube generates exfoliation, and the exfoliation position locates at the interface of outer/inner corrosion layer, which is mainly related to the temperature fluctuation in nmning and different thermal expansion of outer/inner corrosion layers.
