中国职业竞技运动人才培养模式的研究(一)——以网球项目为范本

摘　　要：建立和完善与我国社会主义市场经济相协调的竞技运动人才培养机制是当前急迫而重大的课题,也是实现我国竞技体育可持续发展,保障人民群众身心健康的重要保障。本研究采用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,首先深入分析和对比世界上最重要的几种体育人才培养模型;其次研究英国、美国、苏联和俄罗斯以及中国体育人才培养模式的历史演变;最后把优秀的体育人才模型和培养模式相结合,尝试从理论上建构适应我国社会主义市场经济体制和目前社会发展水平的竞技体育人才培养机制,最后以网球项目实践为范本做进一步阐述。It is an urgent and major issue to establish and perfect the training system of competitive sports talents in harmony with the socialist market economy in our coun- try. It is also an important guarantee to realize the sus- tainable development of competitive sports in our country and ensure the people＇s physical and mental health. In this study, we use literature, expert interviews, logical a- nalysis and other methods to analyze and compare the most important sports talent training models in the world. Secondly, we study the historical evolution of sports per- sonnel training modes in Britain, the United States, the Soviet Union, Russia and China. In the end, we combine excellent sports talent model and training model to try to construct theoretically the training mechanism of competi- tive sports talents that adapt to China＇s socialist market e- conomy system and current social development level. At last, we elaborate the practice of tennis project as a tem- plate.
