摘　　要：随着医改的不断深入和"二孩"政策的全面实施,各级妇幼保健院承担的工作压力不断增加,特别是三级甲等妇幼保健院承担相当数量的危急重症孕产妇和新生儿急救工作,需要提高诊疗技术、水平,因而需要加强临床科学研究及其管理,支撑临床诊疗技术的提高,并促进医院从临床型医院向研究型医院转化,从而提高医院综合救治能力。该文从三级甲等妇幼保健院科研工作存在的问题分析,提出改进对策和探讨意见,并以所在医院为例阐述促进科研工作的做法和体会。With the deepening of the reform and the full implementation of ＂two children＂ policy, all levels of maternal and child health care bear increasing work pressure, especially the third rate of maternity and child care who are to undertake a number of emergency and severe cases of maternal and neonatal emergency work. They need to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment technology to adapt to the situation. We need clinical scientific research to support the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment technology, from clinical hospital to research hospital, so as to improve hospital comprehensive treatment ability. This paper discusses the problems of the research work of women＇s and child health centers, such as the third grade hospitals, and puts forward the countermeasures, and discusses the improvement of scientific research in the case of the hospital.
