摘  要:目的:探讨"云随访"在pilon骨折患者住院期间及出院随访管理中的运用效果。方法:选取某院pilon骨折患者116例,按照随机数字法分为对照组(53例)和观察组(53例),对照组采取传统住院健康宣教管理模式,观察组采取6个月"云随访"管理模式;收集两组随访的满意度情况及Mazur评分。结果:与对照组比较,经过"云随访"的干预后,观察组pilon骨折术后1个月及术后6个月患者踝关节功能优良评价,以及患者住院期间、术后6个月满意度显著改善。结论:通过运用"云随访"管理平台,可有效提高pilon骨折患者踝关节功能锻炼优良率,提升患者满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of "cloud follow-up" on the management of patients with fracture of pilon fracture and discharge follow-up.Method:ll6 cases with pilon fracture patients, according to the method of random numbers were divided into the control group (53 cases) and observation group (53 cases), and control group used the traditional hospital health education management mode, the observation group used follow-up "cloud" management model for 6 months;The satisfaction of the two groups were collected and the Mazur scores were collected.Results:Compared with the control group, after the intervention of "cloud follow-up", the evaluation of ankle joint function was significantly improved after 1 month and 6 months of pilon fracture. The observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Using the "cloud" follow-up management platform, which can effectively improve the pilon fracture patients with functional exercise, improve patient satisfaction.
