持续质量改进在手术室瓶装二氧化碳气体管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨持续质量改进在手术室瓶装二氧化碳气体管理中的应用。方法:某医院手术室2015年和2016年3-7月份均使用二氧化碳气体完成的100台手术,汇总此类手术二氧化碳气体管理的缺陷,分析产生缺陷的原因,制定了项目改进计划,实施持续质量改进,规范手术室瓶装二氧化碳气体的管理。结果:2015年的二氧化碳气体管理缺陷率为44.4%,2016年3-7月的缺陷率为16.8%,同比下降27.6%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),质量改进取得了满意的效果,满意度也得到了大大提升。结论:采用持续质量改进,能促进手术室瓶装二氧化碳气体的规范管理,有效地提高手术室瓶装二氧化碳气体管理的质量。Objective：To explore the application of continuous quality improvement in management of bottled carbon dioxide in operating rooms.Methods：By analyzing data from the 100 operations carried out with help of carbon dioxide in our hospital from March to July 2015, defects in management have been summarized and a conclusion on why they occurred have been reached. There, we have made an improvement plan to continuously better the management of bottled carbon dioxide in operating rooms. Results：Defect ratio declined from 2015＇s 44.4% to 2016＇s 16.8%, a 27.6% year-on-year decrease. There＇s a statistic difference between defect ratio in 2015 and 2016, which indicates quality improvement in management has achieved a satisfactory effect and patient＇s degree of satisfaction has greatly increased at the same time. Conclusion：By continuously improving quality of management of bottled carbon dioxide in operation rooms, management quality can be effectively standardized and optimized.
