膜突蛋白抗体与老年人颈动脉粥样硬化性疾病的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨膜突蛋白抗体与老年人颈动脉粥样硬化性疾病(CAD)的相关性。方法:选择160例老年人颈动脉粥样硬化患者,经颈动脉彩色多普勒、无创影像学检查(CTA、MRA)按其病变程度分为轻度狭窄组、中度狭窄组、重度狭窄组、闭塞组,同期选取排除颈动脉粥样硬化者40例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测入选者血清Moesin抗体,并对各组Moesin抗体表达率进行分析。结果:CAD患者Moesin抗体阳性表达率高于对照组(P<0.01);随着颈动脉粥样硬化病变程度的加重,Moesin抗体阳性表达率也逐渐升高,其中闭塞病变组与其他病变组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗膜突蛋白抗体有希望成为一个新的判断CAD疾病的依据。Objective：To investigate the correlation between moesin antibody and carotid atherosclerotic disease （CAD）. Methods：160 cases of elderly patients with carotid atherosclerosis, after carotid artery color Doppler and noninvasive imaging examination （CTA, MRA）, according to their severity, were divided into mild stenosis group, moderate stenosis group, severe stenosis group, occlusion group, and meanwhile 40 cases were selected as control group. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） detected in sera moesin antibody, observation of mild stenosis group, moderate stenosis group, severe stenosis group, occlusion group moesin antibody positive expression rate, and the expression rate of correlation analysis on the degree of carotid atherosclerosis and moesin antibody. Results：the expression of CAD in patients with positive moesin antibody rate higher than those in control group （P〈 0.01） with carotid atherosclerosis; The severity of lesions, moesin positive expression rate gradually increased, the occlusion group and other stenosis group showed significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Linear correlation analysis showed that Moesin expression rate was positively correlated with the degree of carotid atherosclerosis （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： the anti moesin antibody may become a new basis for diagnosing CAD disease.
