摘　　要：目的:评估经尿道前列腺切除术后对患者性功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析进行TURP手术的52例患者,记录患者年龄、手术时间、膀胱持续冲洗时间、留置导尿时间、住院天数、手术并发症情况等临床情况。结果:52例手术均顺利完成,TURP手术平均手术时间为(67.85±30.85)min,术中出血量(89.23±71.48)m L;膀胱冲洗时间(3.38±1.12)h;术后导尿管留置天数(7.08±1.17)d;平均住院天数(14.37±4.05)d。术前患者PVR为(338.84±272.62)m L,IPSS评分为(21.40±4.18)分,Qo L评分为(5.13±0.97)分,术后3个月、6个月患者以上指标均有显著改善。IIEF-5评分术前为(22.88±0.75)分,术后6个月为(23.10±0.69)分,差异无统计学意义。结论:TURP治疗可以改善BPH患者下尿路症状,提高生活质量,同时对男性性功能无明显影响。Objective：This study was designed to assess the effect of transurethral prostatectomy on the patient＇s sexual function. Methods： Fifty-two patients with TURP surgery were retrospectively analyzed. The age, duration of operation, duration of bladder irrigation, duration of indwelling catheterization, hospitalized days, and so on. Results： The average operation time was （67.85 ± 30.85）min, the average intraoperative blood loss was （89.23 ± 71.48）mL, the average bladder irrigation time was （3.38 ± 1.12）h, the postoperative catheter retention time was （7.08 ± 1.17）d, average hospitalized days were （14.37±4.05）d. Preoperative PVR was （338.84 ± 272.62） mL, IPSS score was （21.40 ± 4.18）, QoL score was （5.13 ± 0.97）,3 months and 6 months after surgery, the above charecters were significantly improved. IIEF-5 score was （22.88 ±0.75） before surgery, 6 months after surgery, it restore to （23.10 ± 0.69） with no significant difference compare to baselines. Conclusion： TURP can rescue the symptoms of lower urinary tract in patients with BPH, improve the quality of life, and have no significant effect on male sexual function.
