微信群在白血病患者延续性护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用微信群对白血病患者进行延续性护理的效果。方法:收集接受治疗的白血病患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,两组患者均接受延续性护理,但观察组患者使用微信群辅助延续性护理,对比两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组化疗不良反应与生存质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用微信群辅助白血病护理能够降低化疗不良反应,提高患者生存质量,值得推广。Objective：To study the application effect of WeChat group in continuing nursing of patients with leukemia. Methods：70 eases of patients with leukemia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group of 35 cases. Both of the two groups were given continuing nursing, and the observation group using WeChat group assisted continuing nursing, two groups of nursing effect were compared. Results： The adverse reactions of chemotherapy and the quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Using WeChat group to assist the continuing nursing of patients with leukemia can reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy, and improve the quality of life, so it is worth popularizing.
