硫酸镁联合土豆片治疗静脉输液液体外渗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨50%硫酸镁与土豆片联合应用治疗静脉外渗的护理疗效。方法:将90例输液外渗患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组(50%硫酸镁与土豆片湿敷组),对照1组(50%硫酸镁湿敷组)和对照2组(土豆片外敷组),每组各30例,比较3组患者疗效。结果:三组患者经不同方法护理后比较,观察组的总体疗效显著高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁与土豆片联合湿敷法治疗静脉外渗效果明显且对皮肤无刺激,无任何不良反应,操作简易,是一种值得推广的有效方法。Objective：To explore the curative effect of 50% Magnesium Sulfate combined with potato chipsin the treatment of venous extravasation.Methods：90 cases of infusion extravasation were randomly divided into observation group （50% Magnesium Sulfate combined with potato group）, control group 1 （50% Magnesium Sulfate group） and control group 2 （potato group）, 30 cases in each group, compared the efficacy of 3 groups.Results： The overall efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than the control groupwith statistical significance after three different methods of care（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with potato to treat venous extravasation is significant, and there is no irritation to the skin, no adverse reactions. Thisoperation is simple and effective, and deserves to be popularized.
