摘 要:"电机取代电液"是汽车控制技术的发展趋势,48 V系统提供了合用的功率电机及控制电机部件。电动增压、智能化凸轮相位调节、变压缩比发动机等发动机节油技术都受益于48 V电机。发动机水泵和机油泵改成48 V系统驱动,可减少功耗并简化结构。48 V电机的操纵性能使双离合变速、CVT等达成快速响应,也削减了变速器伺服件上的动力损失。48 V电气支持"断离合滑行"模式,免除了车辆缓减速时的发动机泵气损失,滑行距离大幅延长。48 V有利于削减车风阻技术的实现。制动时48 V电机对车辆动能回收更多,给车辆提供电力来源。座椅主动通风等各附件在48 V电气下更高效,有节油效果,使用舒适感更优。磷酸铁锂、磷酸钒锂、钛酸锂及三元锂电池可以作为48 V电气架构的电池。因此,有节油潜能的多项技术手段依托于48 V系统。Solenoid valve controlled hydraulic components are being substituted by eclectic motors in vehicles gradually. 48 V system provides reliable framework for the devices composites of driving motors and control motors. ICE can achieve better fuel efficiency with the support of some 48 V techniques,such as e-supercharger,intelligent cam phase adjustment,and variable compression ratio engine,etc. 48 V system makes it feasible to drive cooling pump or oil pump by electric,so that the energy consumption could be reduced and engine structure could be simplified. The weakness of DCT and CVT transmission can be overcome by applying 48 V control motors,while the power loss due totheir auxiliary parts is reduced too. Coasting function may function properly in support of 48 V system,and fairly amount of fuel can be conserved as the result of longer coasting. Active adjustment of suspension height and active grill shutter technique can also benefit from higher control voltage. More electric energy can recovered in brake phases by 48 V motor,which will be released later to power many devices. Accessories can be of higher efficiency and better performance in 48 V system,such as active seat ventilation. LFP,LVP,LTO and NMC lithium battery are choices for electric storage in 48 V system. 48 V system enables many techniques of fuel saving potential.
