摘　　要：水稻(Oryza sativa L.)EK1S是用E农2S做母本,育种亲本材料Q09-39为父本杂交,通过自然条件和低温池加压选择,经过7年2代的定向培育,选育的具有不育起点温度较低、株型好、米质优、易繁殖、好制种的中籼型光温敏核不育系。初步测配组合表现出杂种优势强、株叶形态理想、米质较优等特点。利用该不育系配制的组合正在参加各级产量试验。EK1S is a new photoperiod-temperature sensitive genic male sterile（PTGMS） line selected from hybridization of E- nong 2S and Q09-39. It was se]ected through seven years and 12 generations under natural conditions and low temperature pool pressure. The sterile line has the characteristics of low sterility starting point temperature, good plant type, high quality and easy multiplication and hybrid seed production. Many promising combinations derived from it show strong heterosis, good plant type and rice quality, and some of them are in different regional yield trials.
