摘　　要：鄂红5号红菜薹是利用雄性不育系ZY1012作为母本,自交系HCT1067作为父本配制而成的一代杂交种,中晚熟,从播种到始收81~85 d。菜薹少蜡粉,色泽红色,薹粗质嫩,单薹重30~50 g,薹长25~40 cm,薹叶披针形,风味品质佳,外观商品性好,综合性状优良,露地秋季种植一般每667 m^2产2 000 kg左右。Ehong No.5 Purple-caitai is a hybrid developed by crossbreeding with the male sterile line ZY1012 as female par- ent and the inbred line HCT1067 as male parent, it is a middle-late mature variety, from sowing to harvesting 81 to 85 d. The Purple-caitai is less wax powder, red color, tender stalk diameter, single stalk weight 30-50 g,the stalk long 25-40 cm. The leaf of stalk is lanceolate, with excellent flavor quality, good appearance, and good comprehensive characters. Generally the production of every 667 square meters in autumn planting is about 2 000 kg.
