摘 要:在培养液中添加不同浓度的铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)培养黑木耳(Auricularia heimuer)菌丝,研究黑木耳菌丝对Pb、Cr、Cd 3种重金属的吸附富集规律,考察不同金属浓度对菌丝生长的影响及黑木耳菌丝对3种重金属的富集动力学曲线。根据Logisctic方程拟合得到菌丝中重金属含量与重金属浓度方程,Pb的吸附模型为y=406 742/(1+e^(2850-0.04x))(R^2=0.998 7),Cr的吸附模型为y=2 494/(1+e^(8300-0.02x))(R^2=0.989 6),Cd的吸附模型为y=135/(1+e^(8-0.63x))(R^2=0.989 6)。Pb、Cr、Cd的回归方程决定系数都在0.98以上,说明该模型能够很好体现黑木耳菌丝对培养基中重金属元素的吸收富集情况,黑木耳菌丝对3种重金属的理论最大吸附量Pb>Cr>Cd。In order to study on the accumulation of heavy metal in mycelia of Auricularia heimuer,the different conccntratins of lead (Pb),chromium (Cr) and cadmium (Cd) were added in the medium. The growth of mycelia was observed for ten days. The content of heavy metal in mycelia were analyzed according to the standard method. Using the Logistic equation,the accu- mulation curve of Pb,Cr and Cd were build. The curves of Pb,Cr and Cd were y=406 742/(1+e^2.850-0.04x),y=2494/(1+e^8.300-0.02x) and y=135/(1+e^8-0.63x),respectively. The determination coefficients were 0.995 7,0.989 6 and 0.989 6. It indicated the models describe the accumulation of heavy metal lead,chromium and cadmium in mycelia of A. heimuer very well. Compared with the theoretical maximum accumulation content,the order of them is Pb〉Cr〉Cd.
