摘 要:基于绿色建筑的全寿命周期,结合并行工程的理念,在现有的计算机数据库技术的基础上,全面而具体地分析其经济成本和实际效益,改进绿色建筑建设生产中经济成本研究的旧模式,有效分析制约绿色建筑发展的因素,降低绿色建筑成本,以实现在可持续发展前提下建设市场经济效益提升与环境保护的统一,促进绿色评价体系的进一步完善,从而推进绿色建筑健康快速的发展。Based on the whole life cycle of the green building, combined with concurrent engineering philosophy, in existing computer database technology based, the economic costs and benefits were analyzed eomprehensivly and specifically, the old model of green building in construction and production of the economic costs was improved. The restricting factors of the development of green building were analyzed effectively, the cost of green building were reduced effectively, in order to realize the construction of the unity of the market to enhance the economic efficiency and environmental protection under the premise of sustainable development, the further improvement of the assessment system of green were promoted, so as to promote the development of green building, healthy and rapid development.
