摘　　要：创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展新理念,是深刻总结国内外发展经验教训、透彻分析国内外发展大势、科学把握经济社会发展规律的理性认识,是面对新时代、新要求深刻思考推动新发展的思想结晶,不仅高度体现了中国共产党深入认知发展的重要新思维,而且集中体现了全面促进发展的重要新方略,赋予了马克思主义发展理论更加深刻、更具特色、更显活力的内涵,彰显了马克思主义发展理论的新飞跃。五大发展新理念为积极引领发展新走向、深层破解发展新难题提供了科学的思想方法和有效的实践进路。The innovation,the coordination,the green,the opening,the sharing development new idea,is the summary of the domestic and foreign development experience. Thorough analysis of the domestic and foreign development situation,and the scientific grasp of the law in the economic and social development,is the important new ideas of promoting new development,facing the new times,and the new demands,which not only is a high manifestation of the in-depth cognitive development of the Communist Party of China,but also is a manifestation of the new strategy for promoting the overall development. It greatly endows the Marxist development theory with a deeper,more distinctive and more dynamic connotation,and also shows the new leap of Marxist development theory. The five new ideas for development provide a scientific method and indicates the effective way for actively leading the new direction and solving the new problems in the process of development.
