摘　　要：外周动脉疾病(PAD)可引起患肢跛行、严重缺血等。目前对累及股总动脉的复杂PAD(TASC C和D级)病变的治疗,主要有传统开放手术和杂交手术。杂交手术近年来正逐步被广泛应用于临床。但对该技术的操作详解和疗效评价,目前并没有相关文献及指南予以系统介绍。笔者基于所在中心的经验和相应的文献分析,系统介绍杂交手术以指导临床治疗。Peripheral arterial disease （PAD） may cause claudication and critical limb ischemia. Currently, the therapeutic options for complex PAD involving the common femoral artery （TASC C and TASC D） include traditional open surgery and hybrid surgery, and the latter is becoming increasingly preferred in clinical practice in recent years. However, there is no relevant literature or guidelines providing detailed operation procedures and efficacy evaluation of hybrid surgery at present. The author, based on the experience of a single center and literature review,systematically describes the hybrid technology as a guide for clinical practice.
