西部新建本科院校办学特色的形成路径探析

摘　　要：新建本科院校应形成办学特色,走特色发展道路。当前,西部新建本科院校办学条件落后,师资队伍不强,科研力量薄弱,专业结构趋同,应用型人才培养进程缓慢。西部新建本科院校应开发利用自然资源、地方历史文化及社会资源,发现机遇,彰显特色,谋求自身发展。New universities should form the school-running characteristics and tic development. At present, new universities in West China have such problems as take the way of their characteris- backward school- g condi- tions, weakness in teaching staff and scientific research, converging in professional structure and slower process in training applied talents. They should develop and utilize natural resources, local historical culture and social resources, and find opportunities, highlight their features and seek their own development.
