摘　　要：伴随着我国高等教育的大众化转型,高校毕业生的就业形势愈加严峻,传统的高校就业指导已经不能完全适应形势的发展,需要从就业指导课程、就业指导策略和就业指导平台三个层面重建高校就业指导体系。其中就业指导课程重建包括指导内容从理论性"告知"向实用性指导内容转变,课程设计从静态内容阐释向体验性设计转变;就业指导策略重建包括从集体指导向差异化指导的原则转变,从集体指导向差异化服务的理念转变,从集体指导向差异化专业服务的资源性转变;就业指导平台重建就是构建立体化的就业实践平台,在原有校企合作和就业实训的基础上将学生社团纳入高校毕业生就业指导系统,并将网络环境下的虚拟社会实践教育纳入高校就业指导平台实践。With the popularization of China＇s higher education transformation, the employment situation for grad- uates is getting more and more serious, the traditional employment guidance in universities can＇t fully adapt to the de- velopment of the situation and it is necessary to rebuild college employment guidance system from such three levels as employment guidance course, strategy and platform. The reconstruction of employment guidance course includes the transformation of guidance content from theoretical ＂informing＂ to practical guiding and the change of course design from the static interpretation of content to the experienced design; the rebuilding of employment guidance strategies in- eludes the change of principle from collective guidance to differentiated guidance, and the change of ideas from collec- tive guidance to differentiated service, the change of resources from collective guidance to differentiated professional service; the rebuilding of employment guidance platform is to build three-dimensional employment practice platform, integrating students＇ organizations into college employment guidance system of graduates based on the original school- enterprise cooperation and employment training and putting the virtual social practice education of network environ- ment into the practice of college employment guidance platform.
