摘 要:以受烟碱污染的深层土壤为原料,采用自然驯化法,通过间歇进水和持续进水2种培养方式结合,驯化出可降解烟碱的厌氧活性污泥。监测了驯化过程中厌氧活性污泥对烟碱的降解状况、出水COD,pH值和氨氮等理化指标,并观测了厌氧活性污泥的形态变化。实验结果表明:采用模拟烟碱废水,温度35℃,pH值控制7左右,氧化还原电位控制在-200 mV以下,厌氧活性污泥的驯化时长约为126 d。驯化完成后,烟碱日均降解量达250 mg;5 d的COD去除率变化复杂,烟碱去除率随时间逐步下降;出水氨氮与pH值变化随时间逐渐保持稳定;驯化过程污泥明显增多,外观呈黑色絮状,形成以活性炭为核心的菌胶团结构。The process of cultivating anaerobic activated sludge could degrade nicotine has been explored, adapting the way of domestication that combining intermittent influent and continual influent with the soil contaminated by nicotine as raw material in natural method. The paper studied the degradation of nicotine, the changes of COD, ammonia nitrogen and pH, the appearance of anaerobic activated sludge in the process of domestication. The result shows that: using artificial nicotine sewage as nutrient solution and controlling temperature(35 ~C), pH(7), oxidation-reduction potential(〈-200 mV), the period of domestication is 126 days. When the domestication was completed, the nicotine degradation can reach 250 mg each day; the change of COD removal rate is complicated and the nicotine removal rate decrease gradually as time goes on in 5 days; the ammonia nitrogen and pH changes gradually stable; the amount of sludge increases obviously, and the appearance of anaerobic active sludge is black floc which formed zoegloea structure with active carbon as the core.
