摘  要:X射线光机的管电压、管电流及固有过滤是X射线光机质量控制的重要参数。X射线光机管电压、管电流以及固有过滤的测量,对于X射线光机的性能评价和参考辐射质的建立是非常必要的。以一台管电压上限为600 k V的X射线光机为例,用能谱终点法测量对X射线光机的管电压进行测量,得出X射线光机能在±1%的范围内显示管电压值;用指型电离室PTW30013测量了高能X射线光机管电流的线性及稳定性,在相同的管电压、管电流下,实际测量到的管电流的相对标准偏差在0.097%;分别用半值层法和外推法测量高能X射线光机的固有过滤,两个结果取平均值得到高能X射线光机固有过滤为0.146 mm Al。Voltage、current and the inherent filtration were important elements of X-ray facility. It is necessary to measure the voltage、current and inherent filtration of the X-ray facility in order to establish a reference radiation quality or to evaluate the facility. We take an X-ray facility for example,the max voltage of the facility is 600 k V. We use a HPGe detector to measure the voltage of the facility,make out that the facility can reveal the voltage in a range of ± 1%. We use a PTW30013 ionization chamber to measure the current. The relative standard deviation of the current is 0. 097%. We use two methods to measure the inherent filtration of the facility. The average of the two methods is equivalent to 0. 146 mm Al.
