摘  要:为解决时间数字转换TDC模块数据传输中遇到的连续性和可靠性问题,以用户数据包协议(UDP)作为通信协议,采用Cyclone III FPGA为控制芯片,针对重离子治癌项目中对时间间隔测量的要求,设计了基于FPGA的数据传输接口。测试结果表明:该系统能稳定地与主机进行通信,可用于Inbeam PET影像装置中飞行时间的测量。To resolve the problem of reliability and stability of data transmission in a time to digital converter(TDC),the User Datagram Protocol(UDP) is adopted as the communication protocol and a Cyclone Ⅲ FPGA is used as main control chip in this data transmission interface. According to the requirements of time interval measurement for heavy ion therapy program,a design of data transmission interface based on FPGA is proposed in this paper. Experimental results show that the interface has the features of high efficient and stability,the quick and reliable communication between FPGA and the host computer can be implemented through the interface. The TDC will be used for time-of-flight measurement in In-beam Position Emission Tomography equipment.
