摘  要:攀钢钒按照"稳定、高效、经济、节能、环保"的总体原则开展1#高炉节能环保技术改造。新增软水密闭循环冷却系统、热风炉双预热系统,在原除尘系统上进行利旧节能环保改造。采用全冷却薄壁结构,优化攀钢特色长寿型复合炉衬结构,采用水冷炉底,对炉体冷却水系统、冷却设备、炉体耐火材料等方面进行系统考虑、深度优化,为一代炉龄15年长寿高效的目标打下坚实基础。In accordance with the overall principle of "stable, high efficiency, economy, energy conservation and en- vironmental protection", PISCO'senergy conservation and environmental modification work is carried out. The new soft water sealed circulation cooling system is added, the double preheating system of the hot air furnace is added, and the original dust removal system is carried out to improve the energy conservation and environmental protection. Adopted the cooling thin-walled structure optimization of a composite lining structure characteristics of longevity of PISCO, Uses the water cooling furnace bottom, furnace cooling water system and cooling equipment, furnace re- fractory material system, depth, optimizing, longevity and high efficiency for the generation of furnace life 15 years aim to lay a solid foundation.
