摘 要:以4-氯苯乙酸为起始原料,在浓硫酸催化下,与无水甲醇进行酯化反应;之后在无水乙醇和磷酸氢二钾水溶液体系中与硼氢化钠发生还原反应,得到4-氯苯乙醇,总收率87.8%.合成4-氯苯乙醇的最佳反应条件为:4-氯苯乙酸甲酯0.1 mol,磷酸氢二钾0.24 mol,硼氢化钠0.2 mol,反应温度50℃,反应时间6 h,收率91.5%.该制备工艺所用原料廉价易得,收率高,产品质量好,适合工业化生产.2-(4-Chlorophenyl)ethanol was synthesized by esterification reaction of 4-chlorophenylacetic acid with anhydrous methanol using concentrated sulfuric acid as the catalyst, then reacted with sodium borohydride in the system of ethyl alcohol absolute and dipotassium hydrogen phosphate solution. The overall yield is 87.8 %. The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of 2-(4-Chlorophenyl) ethanol were 0. 1 mol of methyl 4-chlorophenyl acetate,0. 24 mol of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and 0. 2 mol of sodium borohydride, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the reaction time was 6 hours and the yield was 91.5 %. This process had advantages of cheap raw materials,high yield and fit for industrial production.
